Bocuse d’Or winner Myllymäki, wilderness on the menu

Our company picked a lot of herbs for the Bocuse d’Or European Competition, held at the GastroNord trade fair in Älvsjö, Stockholm. The finalists from Sweden and Finland used our herbs and mushrooms during the competition. They reached the top positions of nr. 1 for Tommy Myllymäki, and nr. 5 for Matti Jämsen.
