During the LECTURE a wide variety of wild herbs, berries and mushrooms will be presented, including samples of freshly picked ones for you to taste. The lecture can be combined with a guiding tour in the local nature. The lecture will be about my journey from the woods, to selling mushrooms on the market in Lund and the contacts with the top restaurants in Scandinavia.
